Returns & Refunds policy

Returns
Returns are generally not accepted as our products are custom-engraved/custom-made items that cannot be restocked for resale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If products are defective or damaged upon receipt, we will provide a shipping label for return (if necessary) and send a replacement, or we will issue a refund.

Exceptions / returnable items
Only blank products (without any type of customization) are returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are required to pay for return shipping costs in case of returning blank products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your proof of damages/defects, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at northgadesigns@gmail.com.

For custom engraving service only: Please note that North Ga Designs shall not be held liable for any damages to your products resulting from uncontrollable circumstances, including but not limited to material failures, product defects, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We will, however, assume responsibility for any damages directly resulting from negligence on the part of our staff during the engraving process.
